Sharbell Nexton LLC Announces New Downtown Nexton Retailers, Restaurants

Additional tenants join the list of lessees in Downtown Nexton
CHARLESTON, SC – February 2, 2024 – Sharbell Nexton, LLC (Sharbell) is pleased to announce further progress in Downtown Nexton, the urban-inspired mixed-use community serving the growing number of residents in Nexton and the surrounding region.
A new tenant is coming to the ground-floor retail space in the Lofts Downtown Nexton. Occupying 1,867 square feet, Wakey Bakey Bagel, a bagel shop and retail bakery with coffee and related food products, will join the Lofts’ list of confirmed lessees, including 1933 Wine and Spirits, Tavern 33, The Groomsmith, Palmetto Nails, Revive Health Studio and Rita’s Italian Ice. The owners of Wakey Bakey Bagel are expanding their presence in Nexton as they also own and operate the nearby donut shop, BKeDSHoP.
Additionally, Sharbell Nexton, LLC sold approximately 1.33 acres of Downtown Nexton’s parent tract, known as Parcel 1-C, which will soon welcome a high-end, full-service sushi and Asian restaurant spanning 4,500 square feet, with an additional 1,500 square feet for retail.

In addition to the Lofts, other announced plans in Downtown Nexton include The Ames and The Radler multifamily communities, A.C. Hotel by Marriott and Atelier office campus.
