Downtown Nexton Expands with Lofts Clubhouse Opening
Downtown Nexton, the rapidly growing urban-inspired mixed-use development from Sharbell Nexton LLC (Sharbell) in Summerville, is proud to announce that Lofts Downtown Nexton’s Clubhouse is officially open!
The Clubhouse marks the next phase of development for the Lofts following completion of its first residential phase in late 2024. The final phase of Lofts Downtown Nexton’s apartment construction is expected in late 2026.
The outdoor component of this new amenity serves as a gathering space for Lofts’ residents, featuring a resort-style pool with lounge seating and shaded cabanas, as well as grilling stations and dining areas. The amenity also features an outdoor entertainment area with seating, a large-screen television, and a fire pit. Inside, the Clubhouse has a range of shared spaces for informal meetups and resident events.
The Clubhouse expands the residential experience at the Lofts while reinforcing Downtown Nexton’s broader vision: an integrated, walkable environment that brings together residential, retail, dining and office uses in a single, connected setting.
