Sharbell Nexton LLC Announces Tenant Openings at the Lofts Downtown Nexton

Sharbell Nexton, LLC (Sharbell) is pleased to announce the opening of four new tenants in the ground-floor retail space in Downtown Nexton, now offering more community retail for nearby residents and employees. Rita’s Italian Ice, Wakey Bakey Bagel Café, Revive Health Studio and Clean Your Dirty Face are now open and serving residents and visitors alike. Additionally, iNails is set to open soon.

Rita’s Italian Ice brings its signature frozen treats to the neighborhood, while Wakey Bakey Bagel Café serves fresh bagels, breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Revive Health Studio focuses on a range of rejuvenating services, including sauna, lymphatic massage and red-light therapeutic treatments and Clean Your Dirty Face is a skin care bar that offers a wide variety of facials with options for enhancements and upgrades. Rounding out the collection of retailers, iNails will offer professional nail care in a modern setting.
Upon completion, the Lofts Downtown Nexton will offer a total of 193 residential units, including a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, located over approximately 60,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial, service, restaurant and retail space.
With only a few spaces remaining in phase one of the Lofts, construction on phase two has begun and will include two mixed-use buildings, each featuring 36 luxury apartments on the upper four floors, including three-bedroom residences, and a private elevator lobby. Additionally, each building will have approximately 11,500 square feet of retail, restaurant and service space on the ground floor. Phase two also includes the community clubhouse amenity complex with a resort-style pool and outdoor kitchen, a dog park and a 1,100-square-foot ground-floor fitness center.
